Job description

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Must have experience in handling team (20 to 30) and manage roaster.
  • Monitor the performance real time
  • Mentor & Guide team members in improvement of individual performance.
  • Ensure Product Knowledge on all Products / services for the assigned team.
  • Conducting regular checks on performance matrix, attrition and shrinkage.
  • Preparing performance reports and publishing the same to all stake holders
  • Quality check of all reports generated during the shift.
  • Ensure timely and effective roll-out of any new updates to the team
  • Support & monitor new team members during the OJT
  • Conduct timely & constructive feedback and counselling of team members.

Required Candidate profile

  • Graduation or 10+2+3 from reputed Institute
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling a team for Inbound Process
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and service levels.
  • Ensure systematic feedback to team members on their performance.
  • Handling Escalations.
  • Drive the team to achieve the quality targets.
  • Should be flexible with 6 days working with 1 day rotational Off.
