Summary (Brief Summary of a Job):

Primary objective is to supervise and manage Field collections team (internal team Or external agencies) in multiple states, deliver continuous results, drive improvement through initiatives, identify gaps and fix them.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To meet designated targets by actively monitoring bucket efficiencies and recommendations for improvement based on gap analysis
  • Ensuring effective manpower alignment to drive bucket efficiencies
  • Mentoring and coaching of team
  • Daily, weekly Review to keep a track of team performance against the target
  • Liaising with support functions to improve team performance
  • Needs to control absenteeism and attrition in the portfolio
  • To assist/drive key projects within the company
  • Empanelling new agencies / hiring the necessary manpower in areas of business based on needs
  • Ensure proper quality controls on the set process

Desired Profile:

  • Field collections experience is must
  • Should have 5+ Years of exp. Into collections
  • Must have handled a team
  • Must have experience in handling internal team external agencies
  • Must be able to drive the Team for higher productivity with Efficiency and Change as per business requirements.
  • Should be well versed with MS Office applications
